Camicold-Plus Tablet is the adult bilayer anti-cold tablet combining Paracetamol 500 mg with Phenylephrine 5 mg and Chlorpheniramine Maleate in a bilayer technology. The bilayer design allows immediate release of one component (typically Phenylephrine for rapid decongestion) while controlling the release of others — optimising symptomatic relief.
The combination addresses the three main symptom clusters of adult cold and flu: fever and body ache (Paracetamol), nasal congestion (Phenylephrine) and rhinitis/sneezing (CPM). The 500 mg Paracetamol provides the standard adult antipyretic dose, while the lower Phenylephrine and CPM doses minimise side effects.

Mechanism of Action

Dosage & Administration
