About Terbirut-M Cream
Terbirut-M Cream combines Terbinafine 1% with Mometasone 0.1% for inflammatory tinea infections with marked pruritus.

Mechanism of Action
Terbinafine is an allylamine antifungal that inhibits fungal squalene epoxidase, causing intracellular squalene accumulation (directly fungicidal) and ergosterol depletion. Highly active against dermatophytes — especially Trichophyton — with selective accumulation in skin, hair and nails. Mometasone Furoate is a potent (Class IV) corticosteroid that suppresses local inflammation via lipocortin induction.
