About Paradoz-D Tablet
Paradoz-D Tablet combines Paracetamol 325 mg with Domperidone 10 mg — for fever with nausea/vomiting, viral fever with GI symptoms, and migraine with nausea.

Mechanism of Action
Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) inhibits central COX-3 and COX-2 isoforms, also modulates endocannabinoid system — producing central antipyretic and analgesic action without significant peripheral anti-inflammatory effect. Safest analgesic in pregnancy and across all age groups. Domperidone provides peripheral D2 antagonism for antiemetic effect.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 1 tablet 3–4 times daily.
Side Effects
Generally well tolerated. Rare allergic reactions. Hepatotoxicity with overdose (>10 g acute or chronic high-dose with hepatic disease/alcoholism). Hyperprolactinaemia, QT prolongation (Domperidone).
Contraindications & Precautions
Severe hepatic impairment, chronic alcoholism. Caution with concurrent paracetamol-containing products to avoid total >4 g/day. Prolactinoma, QT prolongation.
