About Ketorut-M Eye Drops
Ketorut-M Eye Drops combines the topical NSAID Ketorolac 0.4% w/v with the 4th-generation fluoroquinolone Moxifloxacin 0.5% w/v in a single ophthalmic preparation.
It is indicated for prophylaxis and treatment of post-operative ocular infection with inflammation — particularly after cataract surgery, intraocular lens implantation, refractive surgery and corneal procedures.

Mechanism of Action
Moxifloxacin is a 4th-generation fluoroquinolone that inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, providing broad-spectrum Gram-positive, Gram-negative and atypical coverage with reduced resistance risk. Ketorolac is a potent NSAID that inhibits cyclooxygenase locally, reducing prostaglandin-mediated inflammation and miosis. The combination targets both infection and inflammation.
Dosage & Administration
