About Doxofer-M SR Tablet
Doxofer-M SR Tablet combines Doxofylline 400 mg with Montelukast 10 mg in a bilayer sustained-release format. Used for moderate-to-severe asthma with significant allergic component, exercise-induced bronchospasm and patients inadequately controlled on inhaled steroids + LABA.
Bilayer SR technology allows different release rates for the two components — optimising therapeutic profile across 24 hours with once-daily dosing.

Mechanism of Action
