About Doxofer-AB Tablet
Doxofer-AB Tablet combines Doxofylline 400 mg with Acebrophylline 100 mg. Acebrophylline is a unique mucolytic-bronchodilator hybrid (theophylline + ambroxol salt) providing both mucolytic and weak bronchodilator action. The combination produces synergistic bronchodilation with enhanced mucus clearance.
Used for COPD with significant mucus, chronic bronchitis with bronchospasm and severe asthma with mucus plugging.

Mechanism of Action

Adults: 1 tablet twice daily.
Side Effects
GI upset, headache, mild tremor.
