Mechanism of Action

Dosage & Administration
- Infants up to 1 year: 0.6–1 ml three times daily.
- Children 1–3 years: 1–1.5 ml three times daily.

Side Effects
- Drowsiness (CPM), nausea, dry mouth, occasional irritability.
- Rare: hypersensitivity, paradoxical excitation in young children (CPM).
