About Sonex Tablet

Sonex Tablet combines Tranexamic Acid 500 mg with Mefenamic Acid 250 mg — dual-action for severe menorrhagia with dysmenorrhoea. Antifibrinolytic reduces bleeding; NSAID reduces uterine prostaglandins.
