About Tobracam-M Eye Drops
Tobracam-M Eye Drops combines two complementary antibiotics — Tobramycin 0.3% (aminoglycoside, strong Gram-negative cover including Pseudomonas) and Moxifloxacin 0.5% (4th-gen fluoroquinolone, broad spectrum). Suited for severe sight-threatening keratitis.
Indicated for severe bacterial keratitis, corneal ulcers, post-operative endophthalmitis prophylaxis and infections of mixed Gram-positive/negative aetiology.

Mechanism of Action
Tobramycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that binds bacterial 30S ribosomal subunit, inhibiting protein synthesis. Particularly potent against Gram-negative pathogens including Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Moxifloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV with broad spectrum including Gram-positive and atypical pathogens.
Dosage & Administration
