Mechanism of Action

Onychomycosis: 250 mg once daily for 6 weeks (fingernails) or 12 weeks (toenails).
Side Effects
GI upset, taste disturbance/loss (recovery may take months), rash, transaminase elevation (monitor LFTs), rare hepatotoxicity, neutropenia.
