About Mecorut-Forte Capsule
Mecorut-Forte Capsule is a premium neuroprotective combination for diabetic peripheral neuropathy, combining the active B12 form Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg with the antioxidant Alpha Lipoic Acid 100 mg, Folic Acid 1.5 mg, the fat-soluble thiamine derivative Benfothiamine 50 mg, Biotin 5 mg and Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 3 mg.
Indicated for diabetic peripheral neuropathy, peripheral neuropathy of other origin, vitamin B12 deficiency states, and as adjunct in nerve regeneration after trauma or surgery.

Mechanism of Action
Methylcobalamin is the active body-ready form of B12, supporting myelin synthesis and nerve regeneration. Alpha Lipoic Acid is a powerful antioxidant that regenerates glutathione and reduces oxidative damage in diabetic nerves (proven efficacy in ALADIN trials). Benfothiamine is a fat-soluble thiamine that achieves tissue levels 5x higher than thiamine HCl. Folic Acid supports homocysteine lowering. Biotin and B6 add to neural function.
