About Isron-10 Tablet
Isron-10 Tablet contains Isoxsuprine HCl 10 mg — used in threatened abortion, preterm labour, dysmenorrhoea, peripheral vascular disorders and cerebrovascular insufficiency. The standard maintenance dose after parenteral/IV tocolysis.

Mechanism of Action
Isoxsuprine is a beta-adrenergic agonist that causes peripheral vasodilation and uterine relaxation. Used as a tocolytic to suppress preterm labour and in peripheral vascular disorders.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 10 mg three times daily. May increase as required.
Side Effects
Tachycardia, palpitations, tremor, dizziness, nausea, mild hypotension.
Contraindications & Precautions
Severe cardiac disease, recent MI, severe hypertension, immediate post-partum (haemorrhage risk), hypersensitivity.
