About Clomac-F Cream
Clomac-F Cream combines Fusidic Acid 2% + super-potent Clobetasol 0.05% — for severe inflammatory skin conditions with Staphylococcal infection.

Indications
- Severe infected eczema (Staph aureus including MRSA)
- Impetigo with eczema
- Infected lichen simplex chronicus
Mechanism of Action
Clobetasol Propionate is super-potent topical corticosteroid (class I) — strongest topical steroid. Reserved for severe psoriasis, lichen planus, and refractory inflammatory dermatoses. Strict short-course use due to skin atrophy risk. Fusidic Acid is steroidal antibiotic active against Staphylococcus aureus including MRSA.
Dosage & Administration
Apply thin layer 1–2 times daily for max 2 weeks.
Side Effects
Skin atrophy, hypopigmentation, sensitisation (Fusidic acid resistance).
Contraindications & Precautions
Untreated infections, broken skin, facial use, children, pregnancy, prolonged use.
