Mechanism of Action
Evening Primrose Oil provides gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an omega-6 precursor of anti-inflammatory prostaglandin E1, easing cyclical mastalgia and PMS. L-Carnitine transports long-chain fatty acids into mitochondria for energy production. Ginkgo Biloba improves microcirculation and cognitive function.
