About Esorut-IT Capsule
Esorut-IT Capsule combines Esomeprazole 40 mg with Itopride 150 mg — Itopride is a newer prokinetic with dual mechanism (D2 antagonism + acetylcholinesterase inhibition) and lower QT prolongation risk than Domperidone.
Used for GERD with motility disorders where Domperidone is contraindicated or poorly tolerated.

Mechanism of Action
