About Razium-DX Tablet
Razium-DX Tablet combines Dexrabeprazole 10 mg with Domperidone 30 mg — Dexrabeprazole is the active R-enantiomer of rabeprazole providing equivalent acid suppression at half the dose. Domperidone adds prokinetic effect for GERD with bloating.

Mechanism of Action
Dexrabeprazole is the active R-enantiomer of rabeprazole — irreversibly inhibits gastric H+/K+ ATPase (proton pump) suppressing acid secretion. Domperidone is peripheral D2 receptor antagonist enhancing upper GI motility, accelerating gastric emptying, and increasing lower oesophageal sphincter tone without crossing blood-brain barrier.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 1 tablet once daily before breakfast.
Side Effects
Headache, diarrhoea, hyperprolactinaemia, QT prolongation (Domperidone short-term use), abdominal cramps.
Contraindications & Precautions
Prolactinoma, QT prolongation, on QT-prolonging drugs, severe hepatic impairment, GI obstruction/haemorrhage.
