About Dabirest-110 Capsule
Dabirest-110 Capsule contains Dabigatran Etexilate 110 mg — the dose-reduced direct oral anticoagulant for stroke prevention in non-valvular atrial fibrillation in patients ≥80 years or those at higher bleeding risk. Dabigatran is a direct thrombin inhibitor — different mechanism from the Xa inhibitors (Apixaban, Rivaroxaban).
Dabigatran has a reversal agent (Idarucizumab) available, which is an advantage in emergency reversal situations. Twice-daily dosing distinguishes it from once-daily Xa inhibitors.

Mechanism of Action
