About Petaderm Cream
Petaderm Cream is a five-active broad-spectrum dermatological combination: Clobetasol Propionate 0.05% (super-potent Class I corticosteroid), Gentamicin 0.1% (aminoglycoside antibiotic), Tolnaftate 1% (thiocarbamate antifungal), Iodochlorhydroxyquinoline 1% (anti-bacterial / anti-fungal) and Clotrimazole 1% (imidazole antifungal).
Indicated for severe inflamed mixed infected dermatoses where bacterial, fungal and inflammatory components all coexist — short-course use only (max 1-2 weeks).

Indications

- Eczema with secondary mixed bacterial-fungal infection

Mechanism of Action
Clobetasol — super-potent corticosteroid suppressing inflammation. Gentamicin — aminoglycoside inhibiting bacterial 30S protein synthesis. Tolnaftate — distorts fungal hyphae. Iodochlorhydroxyquinoline — broad anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. Clotrimazole — inhibits fungal ergosterol synthesis.
Dosage & Administration
