About Benirest-4 Tablet
Benirest-4 Tablet contains Benidipine 4 mg — newer CCB blocking L, T, and N-type calcium channels. Less peripheral oedema and reflex tachycardia than older CCBs.

Mechanism of Action
Benidipine is a dihydropyridine CCB with additional T-type and N-type calcium channel blockade — reduces sympathetic activity and renal protection beyond standard CCBs.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 4 mg once daily, may increase to 8 mg.
Side Effects
Peripheral oedema, headache, dizziness, flushing.
