About Cofar-XL Syrup (100ml)
Cofar-XL 100ml Syrup provides the double-strength variant of Cofar-XL — Ambroxol 30 mg + Levosulbutamol 1 mg + Guaifenesin 50 mg per 5 ml. The higher Ambroxol and Levosulbutamol doses are suited to adults and older children with significant productive cough and bronchospasm.
Used for moderate-to-severe productive cough with wheezing in adolescents and adults — particularly mild-to-moderate asthma exacerbations and significant bronchitis with mucus and bronchospasm.
