About Alvect-Plus Tablet
Alvect-Plus Tablet provides Albendazole 400 mg + Ivermectin 12 mg — single-dose adult deworming with combined activity against intestinal nematodes, Strongyloides, and ectoparasites.

Mechanism of Action
Albendazole irreversibly binds beta-tubulin in helminth cells inhibiting microtubule polymerisation and glucose uptake. Ivermectin binds glutamate-gated chloride channels in invertebrate nerves causing paralysis.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 1 tablet single dose. Repeat after 6 months in endemic areas.
Side Effects
Mild GI upset, transient diarrhoea, headache.
Contraindications & Precautions
Pregnancy first trimester, children below 12, severe hepatic impairment.
