About Truace-RB Tablet
Truace-RB Tablet combines Aceclofenac 100 mg with Rabeprazole 20 mg — pre-emptive GI protection for patients at risk of NSAID-induced gastropathy (elderly, prior peptic ulcer, on antiplatelets).

Indications

Mechanism of Action
Aceclofenac is a non-selective COX-1/COX-2 inhibitor NSAID — better GI tolerance than diclofenac. Anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic action. Rabeprazole is proton pump inhibitor reducing gastric acid for GI protection.
Dosage & Administration
Adults: 1 tablet twice daily.
Side Effects
GI upset, dyspepsia, peptic ulcer (less than diclofenac), fluid retention, hypertension, transaminase elevation. Headache, diarrhoea (Rabeprazole).
Contraindications & Precautions
Active peptic ulcer, severe heart failure, third trimester pregnancy, severe renal/hepatic impairment, aspirin-sensitive asthma.
