About Truace-MR Forte Tablet
Truace-MR Tablet combines the NSAID Aceclofenac 100 mg with antipyretic-analgesic Paracetamol 325 mg and the centrally-acting skeletal muscle relaxant Chlorzoxazone 250 mg. The combination addresses inflammatory pain plus reflex muscle spasm in one tablet.
It is widely used for acute lower back pain (lumbago), cervical spondylosis with paraspinal spasm, post-injury muscle stiffness and any musculoskeletal pain associated with muscle hypertonia.

Mechanism of Action
Aceclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase, reducing peripheral prostaglandin synthesis and inflammation. Paracetamol provides central analgesia. Chlorzoxazone acts at the spinal cord and subcortical level to depress polysynaptic reflexes, breaking the pain-spasm-pain cycle without significant sedation. The triple action provides simultaneous control of inflammation, pain and muscle spasm.
